About Udita
Udita is a truth seeker and spiritual guide who has spent the last decade immersed in self-discovery, integrating ancient wisdom from traditions such as Christianity, Zen Buddhism, Advaita Vedanta, yoga, and Taoism. Before her spiritual awakening, Udita enjoyed early success at the age of 24, with multiple international accolades in the social and financial sectors. She was working in India, replicating multi-million-dollar investment firms, when an unexpected spiritual experience—what she describes as a spontaneous moment of Satori—transformed her life forever. In that instant, she experienced herself as the universe, leading her to walk away from a successful career, leave her home with little more than a book, and live a life of deep inner exploration without attaching to any particular group or label.
Udita has followed a path of inner awakening and service, guided by her teacher, Swami Prem Vishrant, a living awakened master. She describes her journey as one of simple, direct experience, living in harmony with the universe without needing to define her spirituality by conventional labels. As a sannyasin and teacher, Udita is now called to share the truth she has uncovered, offering guidance to those seeking peace, love, and truth in their own lives.

Silence
The practice of meditation allows us to rest in silence and stillness, creating the inner space where true understanding arises. When we let go of mental noise and distractions, we open ourselves to a deeper clarity beyond conceptual thinking. In this stillness, wisdom naturally unfolds—not as something we grasp or achieve, but as a presence that emerges when we allow ourselves to simply be.
Acceptance
Acceptance and letting go are the keys to freedom from suffering. Resisting reality creates tension, while embracing what is brings peace. Acceptance isn’t passive but a deep recognition of the present moment. Letting go then follows—the release of attachment to outcomes and expectations. Freedom arises when we stop grasping and surrender to the flow of life.
Love
Love is only truly perceived through openness. When we drop our defenses and embrace vulnerability, we’re able to feel love. Like a baby—pure, unguarded, and receptive—we experience love not as something to attain but as our natural state.
In service to the heart, perceiving love naturally leads us to care for everyone and everything around us. This deep connection creates a life of beauty and harmony—the most fulfilling way to live.
