How to End Suffering?
Tea meditation with Udita
The world we live in can often feel overwhelming, filled with challenges, cruelty, and discord—much of it caused by human actions. It’s natural to feel helpless when we look outward and see all this suffering. But when we turn inward, we discover something profound: there is a way to bring peace and clarity into our lives.
How can we end suffering? It begins with small, deliberate steps.
Come, sit with me this winter. Let’s share a cup of tea, find warmth in silence, and explore:
1. Silence – The space where true understanding arises.
2. Meditation – A practice of coming home to yourself.
3. Acceptance and Letting Go – The keys to freeing yourself from suffering.
Together, let us take a step toward a life rooted in stillness and understanding.
